Nir Kshetri is Professor at University of North Carolina-Greensboro, USA. He has authored twelve books and about 200 academic articles. He has been ranked among the world’s top 0.03% researchers in the 2021 list of the World’s Top Researchers by Stanford University. Nir’s work has been featured by hundreds of media outlets such as Wall Street Journal, Foreign Policy, The Economist, Al Jazeera, Public Radio International, Scientific American, and Bloomberg TV. Aneesh Zutshi is an Assistant Professor at NOVA School of Science and Technology. He is a researcher on Digital Platforms, Digital Business Models, Blockchains, Cryptocurrencies, and crypto-economic systems. He lectures on Digital Entrepreneurship adoption of emerging technologies, such as machine learning within digital ecosystems, at the master's level at the University. His research interests lie in the intersection of Technology, Digital Business, and Economic and Social Systems, with more than 20 years of research experience in these areas. He has led numerous research projects on Blockchain and Digital Entrepreneurship for the European Commission and has coordinated several Workshops and Training Courses across Europe. He is involved in managing the Entrepreneurship related programs at NOVA University. He was also the coordinator of the program on Blockchain and Crypto Revolution and Fintech Innovation at NOVA Executive Education.
He has over 26 publications in Scopus-indexed journals in his research area. He has also been an Editor for a special issue on "Blockchain and Tokenization for Industry and Services" at the Journal of Computers and Industrial Engineering (Impact Factor 7.2). Jonathan Heiss, PhD

Jonathan Heiss is a research associate at the Information System Engineering (ISE) group at TU Berlin. His main research interests are cloud-based systems and verifiable decentralized applications (DApps) with blockchains and zero-knowledge proofs (ZKPs). For his paper on trustworthy data provisioning and pre-processing for DApps he received the Best Paper Award from the 2021 International Conference on Service-oriented Computing. Currently, he is leading a research project on ZKP-based business solutions that build upon ZoKrates, a language and toolbox for verifiable off-chain computations with zkSNARKs which has been developed at the ISE research group and, since then, has increasingly received attention in industry and academia. Recently, Jonathan’s research focusses on solutions for verifiable carbon accounting that build upon blockchains and ZKPs to enable reliable, cheap, and time-efficient verification of carbon emissions, particularly for scope 3 emissions of product carbon footprints in supply chains.
Chris Igbojekwe is a technology entrepreneur and the founder of Blockchain UI, a company that
focuses on providing user-friendly interfaces for blockchain applications. With over 10 years of
experience in the technology industry, Chris has been at the forefront of blockchain innovation,
striving to make blockchain technology more accessible and user-friendly for everyone.
Prior to founding Blockchain UI, Chris worked as a software developer and consultant for
several leading tech companies. He gained extensive experience in developing user interfaces
for complex systems and applications, which he has since applied to blockchain technology.

Agostino Capponi is an Associate Professor in the Department of Industrial Engineering and Operations Research at Columbia University. His research interests are in financial technology, market microstructure, systemic risk, and economic networks. Agostino's research has been funded by major agencies such as NSF, DARPA, DOE, IBM, GRI, Ripple, and Ethereum. His research has been recognized with the 2018 NSF CAREER award, and with the inaugural JP Morgan AI Research Faculty award. Agostino is a fellow of the crypto and blockchain economics research forum, an academic fellow of Alibaba's Luohan academy, and an external fellow of the FinTech Initiative at Cornell. Lauren Packard is a senior policy analyst at the Tony Blair Institute for Global Change, where she works on technology policy with a focus on crypto. She has ten years of experience in environmental law, including as a litigator in the Center for Biological Diversity’s Climate Law Institute and at the California Department of Justice. She holds a J.D. from Columbia Law School, where she received the Alfred S. Forsyth Prize for excellence in environmental law, and a B.A. from Harvard University.

Prior to working at Guidehouse Insights, Samms led the Rural Energy Project at the Center for Environment and Society at Washington College. Dr. Jamison’s current research topics include competition policy and regulation of information technologies, institutional development in regulation, and competition and innovation in the information sectors.
